UK Care Services is managed by highly experienced recruitment professionals who recognise the prime importance of identifying/matching the most reliable and capable staff to meet your needs.

We maintain a service to identify and place first class candidates mainly from the newer EU countries as care assistants, domiciliary support workers, etc. Our Principals have personal experience of working with many people from Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia who are employed in care work throughout the UK. Thus we are acutely aware of the high standards and commitment our clients require.

With a network of associates in Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia, we are able conveniently to brief and interview candidates who contact us through this website or by other means.

We insist that all candidates have two independent references and a “police check” from their native country (if they are coming to the UK for the first time) or Criminal Records Bureau disclosure (if they are already working here as a carer, nurse, etc). Interviews may be conducted by our associates who will give a frank assessment of English speaking ability; or from the UK by telephone or webcam.

In recent months we have successfully recruited staff to work in residential care homes and as support workers in locations as widespread as Brighton, Tavistock, Llanelli, Kendal and Forfar.
